It mainly consists of 182 homes located on about half-acre of land each. Homes range from 1474 sq, ft. to 2001 sq. ft.
The residents are multi-racial and religion with many different cultures. Some residents have moved here from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and many other areas of the country.
